FOOTPATH 0. LOW CONISCLIFFE [TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE). ORDER Z0Z1
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
FOOTPATH 6, LOW CONISCLIFFE Entirely
An alternative route will be signed via Gate Lane, A67 and vice versa
The Order is necessary to enable construction of a housing development.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 7th June 2021, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective Monday to Friday only.
