Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that Mr Baris Zengin has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to Ill Forno and Vegan lab, 6 Westbourne Arcade, Poole Rd, Bournemouth, BH4 9AY. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 11 day of June 2021, 7 days per week: Late night refreshments (Indoors) 23:00-23:30; Supply of Alcohol (Outdoors) 12:00-22:00 (Indoors) 12:00-23:30; Playing of recorded music (Indoors only) 12:00-22:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 10 June 2021. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
