LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(LOWGILL LANE, LOWGILL,
LANCASTER BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY NO STOPPING SUSPENSION) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this notice.
1. No temporarily suspend the no stopping prohibition on Lowgill Lane, Lowgill (Eastside carriageway) from a point 120 metres north of the southerly building line for Farr House for a distance of 32 metres in a northerly direction in the borough of Lancaster.
2. The prohibition will be operative from 1631 hours on Wednesday 19th May 2021 until 1630 hours on Saturday 19th November 2022 or until it is deemed the prohibition is no longer required.
The council is satisfied that these temporary restrictions should be introduced in order to maintain social distancing further to the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore reducing the likelihood of danger to the public.
