LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE We, The Black Cherry Club Ltd of 7b Milburn Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, BH4 9HJ apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as 643 Christchurch Road Boscombe, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 4AP. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 19th May 2021 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for: Supply of Alcohol on the premises, between 3pm 10.30pm Monday to Friday & 12 midday 10.30pm Saturday and Sunday. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 16th June 2021. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
