Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4216, New Street, Ledbury, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4216, New Street, Ledbury, A449 Top Cross Ledbury. Grid Ref: 371057/237559. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Leadon Way onto the A438 onto The Homend and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to nearby customer connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 6th of June 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
