Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1206 From Crossway To Little Wood Track, Newton St. Margarets, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1206 From Crossway To Little Wood Track, Newton St. Margarets, near Castleibo Farm. Grid Ref: 332724/235257. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via from C1206 onto Upper Maes-Coed Route and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to trial hole excavation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 1st of June 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
