NOTICE OF PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION Musiclounge (21D Yarm Lane, Stockton, TS18 3DR) hereby gives notice of the intention to apply for a premises licence. This is to permit on this premises:- the sale of alcohol between the hours of 12 noon and 12 midnight Monday to Thursday, from 12 noon to 2am Friday and Saturday (and between 12 noon and 10pm on occasional Sundays).- the playing of recorded music between the hours of 9am and 12 midnight Monday to Thursday, between 9am and 2am Friday and Saturday (and 12 noon and 10pm on occasional Sundays).- the performance of live music from 6pm to 12 midnight Monday to Thursday; 6pm to 12 midnight Friday and Saturday (and 12 noon to 10pm on occasional Sundays).Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: Trading Standards & Licensing Manager, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, PO Box 223, 16 Church Road, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1XD.The deadline for representations is Friday 20th June 2014.It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Trading Standards & Licensing, PO Box 232, 16 Church Road, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1XD between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm or on the worldwide web at http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/stockton
