Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 390m south east of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 155m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th June 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30016757862 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Green Lane, Maldon Road, Church Road, Southminster Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mill Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Park Drive for a distance of approximately 80m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th June 2021 for 6 nights (20:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2309120 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bus gate improvement works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road, Tillingham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 70m west of its junction with South Street for a distance of approximately 540m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30032599548 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Station Road, Wickham Bishops) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Wickham Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 165m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008JUN15EACHW987 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground access to provide service is undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Station Road, Church Road, Blacksmiths Lane, Maypole Road, Langford Road, Langford Road Roundabout, Maldon Road, Witham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.4) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27th May 2021 exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion mutes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
