TAKE NOTICE that GBFitness and Nutrition Ltd has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of a Premises Licence at The Lighthouse Sports and Social Hub, Lower Marine Parade, Dovercourt, Harwich, CO12 3ST to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below: Plays on rare occasions that could run on these days and times - Monday to Sunday 11am-1pm or 4pm-6pm. Films on rare occasions with an outdoor screen Friday, Saturday or Sunday 6pm-8pm. Performance of dance Saturday or Sundays 9am-5pm on rare occasions during the summer 9am-5pm. Sports and Fitness activities 9am-10pm Monday-Sunday. Supply of alcohol to complement the relaxing experience of the sports and social hub Monday to Saturday 11am-10pm, Sunday 12pm-10pm. Live music with a singer outside in the summer mainly or occasional events. Friday, Saturday 7pm-9pm or Sundays 3pm-5pm or 7pm-9pm. Possible light background daytime music. Recorded music 9am-10pm Monday-Sunday (Low background music). Fitness classes slightly louder music between 9am-10am and 6pm-8pm. Late night refreshments Monday to Sunday 5pm-10pm, pre-made foods, snacks, drinks when café closes. Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1TN or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at 88-90 Pier Avenue, Clacton on Sea where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 4th June 2021. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence
