Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that Brewery Square Development Company has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of Brewery Square, (The Fountain Square & Dray Horse Yard) 3 Copper Streets, Dorchester DT1 1GH. For regulated entertainment generally between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to: The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of the notice.  It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowing or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
