LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS
PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 PROPOSED HACKNEY CARRIAGE FEES 2021/2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Herefordshire
Council is consulting regarding increasing the
fees paid for applications associated with Taxi and
Private Hire Vehicle, Driver and Operator Licence
under Section 70 of the Local Government
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.

Any comments should be emailed to the above or
sent by post to Taxi Licensing, 8 St Owen Street,
Hereford, HR1 2PJ by 18 June 2021.
If no objections are received or are not withdrawn,
the proposed fee increase shall come into force
on 21 June 2021.
If objections are received, the Council will consider them and set a new date when the new fees will come into force. Dated this 18th day of May 2021
