(VARIOUS ROADS, KIDLINGTON AND GOSFORD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, in response to unregulated parking causing access & safety concerns along Water Eaton Lane is to introduce 'No Waiting Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm' on both sides for a distance of 355 metres southwards, which will start from the currently marked Double Yellow Lines waiting restrictions at trie Bicester Road junction, and be marked by single yellow lines and accompanying signs.
The proposals will also correct the wording within the current order with respect to the existing 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) restrictions, this will ensure it matches the restrictions as approved in February 2018 and as currently on the ground (i.e. no change to existing road markings).
The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads, Kidlington and Gosford) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2015 will be amended accordingly. Documents giving more details of the proposals are available for public inspection online by visiting:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders will further amend Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Cowley Central East Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2021, The Oxfordshire County Council (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007, and The Oxfordshire County Council (Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004. The effect of the proposals in accordance with parking policy & planning permissions is to amend eligibility of the following properties to apply for Residents & Visitors Parking Permits as follows:
1. Cowley East allow residents of Nos.147-169 & 156-166 Oxford Road to apply for residents & visitor permits.

2. Summertown a) exclude No.18 Hemes Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits, and b) limit Nos. 23A & 23B Stratfield Road to apply for 1 residents permit each plus the standard allowance of visitor permits. North Summertown exclude No.34A Davenant Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits.
