Dhesi Express Ltd has applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence under Section 34* (varying a premises licence)/ Section 29* (provisional statement) of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Nisa Bere Regis, 85 West St, Bere Regis, Dorset, BH20 7HL and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, Change of hours/submission of new layout plan. Applications are available for public inspection at Dorset Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 4PP. or on

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 13/05/2021 09/06/2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
