Application to Vary Premises Licence
We, The Black Bull Bury Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Bury Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to the Black Bull, Ainsworth Road, Starling, Bury, Lancashire, BL8 2EY, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans that accompany the premises licence in order to permit sales of alcohol in external areas; to remove an existing, associated condition from the licence and replace it with an alternative condition; and, to remove outdated or redundant conditions. There are no proposed changes to licensable activities or to permitted timings. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
