NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

IN THE ESTATE OF MARY GEORGINA SWANN

Any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Mary Georgina Swann late of 3 The Rings, Milborne St Andrew, Blandford Forum, Dorset who died on 9th March 2014 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the undernamed Executors on or before the 31st July 2014 after which time the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the value of the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
