TRAFFIC ORDERS AT BADBURY PARK, SWINDON
Notice is GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004 made the following orders, (Waiting and Loading restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 7) Order 2021 Implementation of a 'School Keep Clear' markings which prohibits vehicles from stopping, Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm, outside the entrance of Badbury Park Primary School on Rainscombe Road.
(Waiting and Loading restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 8) Order 2021
Implementation of 'no waiting at anytime' along Homington Avenue, Polesdon Avenue and Woodbine Terrace, Badbury Park
The Orders will be operative as of 20 May 2021.

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 19 May 2021 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
