Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Footpath FK-526, Frankley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2021
Proposed Order: to close Footpath FK-526, Frankley for its entire length.
The Order is being made to allow safe movement of machinery and lorries on the access track over which the Footpath passes while forestry work is to be carried out in woods adjacent to the path.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2063 Oxwood Lane, Footpath FK-529, Footpath FK-523, Footpath FK-522 and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 14 June 2021.

Proposed Order to close that part of a)Link Footpath F40015 Woodmans Close (fronting Nos 7-19) and b)Link Footpath F40015 Woodmans Close, Droitwich Spa. a) from its junction with U41733 Woodmans Way to its junction with F40015/00010Woodmans Close (Alongside Number 19) and b) from its junction with U41736 Woodmans Rise to its junction with F40015/00005 Woodmans Close (fronting Numbers 7-19).
Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access: and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: F40015/00010 (Alongside Number 19), F40015/00020 Woodmans Close (Fronting Numbers 21 - 37), F40017/00015 Farmers Court (Fronting Numbers 46 - 62), F40017/00030 Farmers Court (Side of Numbers 64 and 77), F40018/00020 Farmers Green (Side of Number 132), F40016/00020 F40016/00020Woodmans Rise (Fronting numbers 51-81), F40016/00010Woodmans Rise (Fronting numbers 45 - 63), U41736 Woodmans Rise.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 14June 2021.
(A448 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021 Proposed Order: to close that part of A448 Kidderminster Road from its junction with U21000 Perryfields Road to its junction with A448 St John Street. Reason: New customer connection.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 St John Street, A448 Market Street, A448 The Strand, A448 Stratford Road, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern, A38 Redditch Road, A38 Worcester Road, A38 Motorway Junction, A38 Rashwood Hill, A38 Impney, A38 Roman Way, A442 Kidderminster Road, A442 Ruchock to Cutnall Green, A442 Droitwich Road, A450 Worcester Road, A448 Bromsgrove Road, A448 Kidderminster Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 15 June 2021.
(B4090 Worcester Road, Droitwich) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of B4090 Worcester Road from its junction with B4090 Saltway to its junction with U41400Tagwell Road.
Reason: Surface Dressing.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4090 Worcester Road, A38 Roman Way, B4065 Bromsgrove Road, B4065 St Georges Square, B4090 Salt Way and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
15 days. Commencing: 25 May 2021.
(C2001 Tutnall Lane, Tutnall And Cobley)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2001 Tutnall Lane from its junction with B4184 Alcester Road to its junction with B4096 Hewell Lane.
Reason: Carriageway Patching.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4096 Hewell Lane, B4184 Alcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
16 days. Commencing: 9 June 2021.
(U21462 Dale Lane, Lickey and Blackwell)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of U21462 Dale Lane from its junction with U21462 Dale Hill to its junction with C2159 Littleheath Lane.
Reason: Fibre cabling by Grub construction.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2159 Littleheath Lane, U21400 Lower Shepley Lane, U21401 Spirehouse Lane, U21401 Linthurst Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
8 days. Commencing: 26 May 2021.
[C2152 Lineholt Lane, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order: to close that part of Lineholt Lane from its junction with C2141 Owlhill Lane to its junction with C2152 Woodfield Lane.
Reason: Surface Dressing.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2152 Woodfield Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, C2141 Owlhill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days. Commencing: 12 June 2021.
(Various Roads, Upper Bentley, Bentley Pauncefoot) (10 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Upper Bentley, Bentley Pauncefoot to 30 miles per hour -U22205 Banks Green from its junction with C2045 Copyholt Lane in a generally southerly direction to its junction with U22203 Angel Street and U22205 Manor Road. U22203 Angel Street from its junction with U22205 Banks Green and U22205 Manor Road in a generally south-easterly direction to its junction with U22204 Pumphouse Lane. U22204 Pumphouse Lane from its junction with U22205 Manor Road to a point 85m south-east of its junction with U22203 Angel Street. U22205 Manor Road from its junction with U22205 Banks Green and U22203 Angel Street in a generally southerly direction to its junction with U22204 Pumphouse Lane. U22205 Bentley Lane from its junction with U22204 Pumphouse Lane for a distance of 208m in a southerly direction. U22203 Black Lake Lane from its junction with U22205 Manor Road for a distance of 145m in a northerly direction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) [Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on Charf ord Road, Bromsgrove]
On 6 May 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove: -
Charford Road (south-west side) from a point 86.5m south-east of its junction with Worcester Road for a distance of 32.5m in a south-easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 27 May 2021.
