LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Derwent Arms, 24-26 Church Street, Norton Malton, YOI7 9HS for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 733-L2)
The changes consists of the permitting the use of the external drinking area for the sale of alcohol. The internal licensable area of the premises is to remain unchanged from its current permission. There is no proposed regulated entertainment within the external drinking area. The locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment.
Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. To also add and remove conditions to the operating schedule of conditions in order to further promote the four licensing objectives. These conditions can be obtained by contact Ryedale District Council Licensing Section. All other hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 8th June 2021, to the Ryedale District Council Licensing Authority at Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YOI7 7ZG, or via email mailto:licensing@ryedale.gov.uk.
