Temporary Closure of West Road, Burnham On Sea Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along West Road for a distance of 150 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer renovation works. The Order becomes effective on 01 June 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 7th June 2021 until 11th June 2021 between the hours of (07:00 - 20:00) for a total of 5 days. Please visit
