An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Saffron Private Limited in respect of Unit 1-2 Fleet Square, 13-14 Fleet Street, Swindon, SN1 1RQ.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Supply of Alcohol, Live Music, Recorded Music Time: Sun-Thu 09.00-23.00, Fri-Sat 09.00-24.00 The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 14/05/2021 and 10/06/2021 All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
