NOTICE OF ONLINE PUBLIC EXHIBITION FOR PROPOSED ENERGY STORAGE DEVELOPMENT

ILI group PLC are exploring the potential for a new energy storage facility at Inverkip. This new proposal would enable 49.9MW of power to be stored and exported from the site to the electricity grid.
We are looking to engage with the local community and as a part of our pre-application consultation we are holding an Online presentation and Q&A to enable people to find out more about the proposal and to provide us with their views. We will be hosting the online presentation at meetings.ili-energy.com/ chrisswell-energy-storage-project/ where viewers will be able to ask questions live through the website and provide comments by filling out an online comment form.
Comments and feedback should be made by the 18th of June 2021 through the online comment form or in writing to Grieg Templeton, Planning Project Manager via email: gt@ili-energy.com or post to ILI Group, 33 Bothwell Road, Hamilton ML3 OAS.
Comments made to ILI Group are not formal representations to Inverclyde Council, if we submit a planning application there will be an opportunity to make formal representations on the application to Inverclyde Council.
