NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
I Michael Jackson (on behalf of the committee) do hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority at Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a full variation to the club premises licence at 186 Brinkburn Road DL3 9LF, premise name Darlington Railway Athletic Club. The application for variation is for the supply of alcohol Mon-Thurs 12:00 to 23:00, Friday 12:00 to 24:00, Sat 12:00 to 24:00, Sun 12:00 to 23:00. Opening hours to the public Mon-Thurs 12:00 to 23:00 and Friday 12:00 to 24:00, Sat 12:00 to 24:00 and Sun 12:00 to 23:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the licensing manager, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 10th June 2021. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday except bank holidays at the licensing offices of Darlington Borough Council, Licensing, Town Hall, Feethams DL1 5QT between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm.
