The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 24th of June 2014).It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
