Demolition of building and construction of new two-storey building to provide Class E use at ground floor and 3 x 1-bed flats at 1st floor level and within the roofspace to include off street and cycle parking, waste/recycle storage, communal amenity space, and hard and soft landscaping. Reason: Green Belt.
