ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 8 2021 (REF: TRO-3-2021)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 12 May 2021 make the above named Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended which if they comes into operation on 17 May 2021 will amend descriptions of various parking places and loading restrictions in the traffic order to reflect correct on-site measurements and locations for the following roads as mentioned below:-
Baden Road, Bear Road, Bevendean Road, Birling Close, Borrow King Road, Buller Road, Canfield Close, Canfield Road, Carlyle Avenue, Coombe Road, Coombe Terrace, Crayford Road, Dawlish Close, Dennis Hobden Close, Dewe Road, Eastbourne Road, Ewhurst Road, Fitzherbert Drive, Ghyllside, Jevington Drive, Kimberley Road, Ladysmith Road, Lewes Road (from junction with Bear Road to the northern building line of Hanncock Building), Martha Gunn Road, Meadowview, Milner Road, Natal Road, Nesbitt Road, Pelham Terrace, Redvers Road, Riley Road, Robin Davis Close, Saunders Park Rise, Saunders Park View, Tenantry Road, Torcross Close, Wilingdon Road.
A copy of this Notice, the Orders as made, a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders may be seen online at

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
