Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Tisbury Row (Part),Tisbury; from its junction with Footpath 19, Tisbury for a distance of approximately 50 metres in a northerly direction to enable Burton-Upon-Trent Cable Comms to carry out High Voltage Poling and associated works. Alternative route: via Tisbury Row (unaffected length) - Court Street - The Avenue -Station Road - jobbers Lane and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came operation on 28 January 2021 will now recommence on 17 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 until 21 May 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Sidney Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with York Road for its remaining length in a southerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out Carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Access to Resident parking Mon-Sat 8am-6pm Zone D permit holders only will be prohibited for the duration of the works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 22 February 2021 will now recommence on 19 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 20 May 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route - Northbound: via Winchester Street - Creencroft Street - Salt Lane. Alternative route - Southbound: via Salt Lane - Greencroft Street - Guilder Lane - Milford Street - Pennyfarthing Street. Access to Resident parking Mon-Sat 8am-6pm Zone E permit holders only will be prohibited for the duration of the works. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 01 March 2021 will now recommence on 20 May 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 25 May 2021. NOTICE OF CONFIRMTAION OF AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL WHITEPARISH 8 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020
The above order was confirmed as made on 21st April 2021, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, it will divert the public footpath at Blaxwell Farm, Whiteparish from OS Grid Reference SU 2501 2343,leading in a broadly westerly direction for approximately 130 metres to SU 2488 2342 with a width of 1.2 metres to a new route at OS Grid Reference SU 2502 2348 leading in a broadly westerly direction to SU 2487 2346 and then in a south, south easterly direction to SU 2488 2342 for approximately a total of 198 metres with a width of 3 metres. The Salisbury and Wilton Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly. This Order comes into force on the date on which Wiltshire Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from 13th May 2021 as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act. Wiltshire Council confirms that article 2 of the order has been complied with and as such the order came into force on 4th May 2021.

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER No.2 2021 (Ref: TTRO 7229)

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily, to all vehicles, the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The Order is required to enable carriageway surface dressing and associated maintenance works and will be operative from the 07 |une 2021 for a maximum period of 18 months. Where a road is to be closed on two separate dates This is to allow sufficient time between the surface dressing and sealing and lining works. The closures will not be implemented for the whole of the period and are anticipated to be for one to two days duration only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated by the works. It is anticipated that advance signs will be deployed 2 weeks prior to the closure dates. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Closures 1 -12 are anticipated to take place between 05 July 2021 -18 July 2021. Closures 13-16 are anticipated to take place between 19 July 2021 - 01 August 2021.
