(SPEED LIMIT) (A6033 KEIGHLEY ROAD, PECKET WELL) (N0.1) ORDER 2020 NOTICE Is hereby given that the Borough Council of Calderdale In exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made the above Order on 12th May 2021, the effect of which is to introduce the following speed limits on the A6033 Keighley Road, PecketWell/Hebden Bridge Road, Oxenhope: 1.40 mph speed limit from its intersection with the projected gable end of property No.5 New Delight, Keighley Road, Pecket Well to a point approximately 725 metres north of that point; and 2.50 mph speed limit from a point approximately 725 metres north of its intersection with the projected gable end of property No.5 New Delight, Keighley Road, Pecket Well to a point 765 metres southwest of its junction with Hill House West Lane, Oxenhope. The Order will come into effect on 20th May 2021. A copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads are available for inspection on the Council's website at

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or, that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made (i.e. from 12th May 2021) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
