We, Hydes Brewery Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Warrington Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Wheatsheaf, 269 Higher Lane, Lymm, Warrington WA13 OTR, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans that accompany the premises licence in order to permit sales of alcohol in external areas. The application also seeks to remove outdated/redundant conditions from the premises licence and replace them with more appropriate conditions. There are no proposed changes to licensable activities or to permitted timings. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
