LICENCING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE
Picket Twenty Community Association is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for the Community Centre, Picket Twenty Way, Picket Twenty, Andover, SP11 6TY.
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:
Provision of regulated entertainment
Provision of facilities for regulated entertainment
Provision of late night refreshment
Sale of alcohol on the premises
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Licencing Manager, Legal and Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire SP10 3AJ Tel: 01264 368013 Fax: 01264 368005 Email: licencing@testvalley.gov.uk.
Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licencing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
