VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Public Notice Section 34, Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given by Llys Meddyg Restaurant, Newport, Pembrokeshire, that on 29/4/21 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council as Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises License. The application for a variation is in respect of the premises at Llys Meddyg and can be inspected between 10am and Spm, Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangement. The variation relates to the supply and consumption of alcohol in the premises garden from a temporary bar and also seeks permission to serve customers outdoors midweek until midnight. These variations will allow the premises to trade in a safer and more sustainable way during the Covid pandemic.
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 27/5/21 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly ore recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
