Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I/We Flushing Sailing Club CIO give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Club Premises Certificate in respect of Flushing Sailing Club CIO, New Quay, Trefusis Road, Flushing, Falmouth, TR11 5TZ The application is to : Supply alcohol to club members and guests, on the premises, Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 to 23:00 A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 27 May 2021. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application.
