Notice is given that Mr Pete Miles has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as; The Cruel Sea, 5 Bank Chambers Penn Hill BH14 9NB. The proposed variation is: To Amen Condition One of Annex Three, To allow outside drinking From 9am to 11pm

 Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH17 0NF.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
