LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Portsmouth City Council for the grant of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol, Monday to Sunday from 09:00 until 21:00.
