LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by The Management Committee of Newton le Willows & Patrick Brompton Village Hall to Richmondshire District Council in respect of premises known as The Village Hall which are situated at Station Road, Newton le Willows. DL8 1SX The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:The performance of plays; the showing of films; the playing of live and recorded music and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Swale House Richmond. North Yorkshire DL10 4JE during normal office hours, (by appointment only).Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 26th June 2014.It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
