CUE HERE LIMITED Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to Aridrie Sheriff Court (Ref: AIR-B59-21) by GARY CUNNINGHAM, residing at 23E Clark Street, Airdrie ML6 6DH, craving the Court inter alia that CUE HERE LIMITED, formerly having its registered office at 20 Anderson Street, Airdrie ML6 0AA (Reg. no. SC485766), be restored to the Register of Companies and; in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 21 April 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie Sheriff Court within eight days after advertisement of the petition; all of which notice is hereby given.
