PURSUANT to section 27 Trustee Act 1925 Notice is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Terence Richard Bailey late of Huby Grange,Tollerton Road, Huby, York, North Yorkshire YO61 1JE who died on the 13 day of March 2012 and Letters of Administration being granted out of the Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry on the 3rd day April 2013 to the Administrators are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 1st August 2014 after which date the Administers will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claim or demands they then have not had notice.
