ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
EDERLINE AVENUE, NORBURY
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of BT, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Ederline Avenue, Norbury.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of Ederline Avenue between the north-eastern boundary of No. 166 Norbury Crescent and the south-western boundary of No. 64 Dalmeny Avenue.
3 The Order will come into operation on 11 May 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

EUSTON ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Virgin Media to clear a blockage in the carriageway they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict parking in Euston Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced operating "at any time" outside No. 58 Euston Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on the 10 May 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WESTOW STREET, UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water and gas main replacement works in Gypsy Hill, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Westow Street, Upper Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) Three parking bays outside Nos.36 to 40 Westow Street will be temporarily suspended;
b) Vehicles proceeding in Westow Street will be banned from moving straight ahead into Gypsy Hill;
c) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the water and gas main replacement works will be introduced as necessary.
3. Whilst the closure of Gypsy Hill remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Westow Hill, Crystal Palace Parade, College Road, Dulwich Wood Park and Paxton Roundabout and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 24 July 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 6 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

COLLEGE ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular and pedestrian traffic movements in College Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) The north to south arm of College Road will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians between its junction with the east to west arm of College Road and the cul-de-sac;
b) Parking within the parking bays in the above section of College Road will be suspended.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force access will be maintained for users of the car park and for emergency access.
4. The Order will come into operation on 22 May 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days (with back-up start dates of 29 May or 05 June 2021 if the works are delayed).
5. The Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

(a) a vehicle involved in the said works;
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

THE BRIDLE ROAD, PURLEY
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water main connection works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in The Bridle Road, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place The Bridle Road will be closed outside Nos. 1 to 39.
3. During the works the diversion route for vehicular traffic will be via Foxley Lane, Peaks Hill Rise, Peaks Hill and Plough Lane and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 24 May 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 31 August 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 247
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS A LOCAL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY hereby gives notice of an Order made under section 247 of the above Act entitled Longheath Gardens, authorising the stopping up of part of Longheath Gardens to enable the development described in the schedule to this Notice to carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Miss Jennifer Islip Carter Jonas LLP, 1 Chapel Place London W1G 0BG on 15 June 2017 planning reference 16/06508/FUL.
