Does hereby give notice that on 23 April 2021 served application on the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a proposed new on-line alcohol service to be known as:
'Drinky - Gift Boxes'
16 Sea Spray Avenue, Sussex Wharf Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5PR
The application is to allow the Licensable activities:
Sale of alcohol for consumption 'Off' the premises
The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of:
08:00hrs to 19:00hrs Monday - Sunday
The public will not be allowed to attend the premises.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to:

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils' Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
