NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Sidqi Zahir Abdi applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 30th May 2014 for a licence to use the premises at Biedronka Sklep of 5 Gaythorne Road, Bradford, BD5 7ES for the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of Mon- Sun 07.00-23.00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 27 June 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
