(Footpath 4, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close footpath 4, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, where footpath 4 meets Regatta Road, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 45 metres until it reaches the edge of Burnham Ramblers Football Club.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 12/05/2021 to 12/11/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of Phase 2, (plots 186-191) are completed and the necessary upgrade of footpath 4 is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via footpath 4 and Regatta Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/05/2021 and may continue inforce for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Blue Mill Lane/Curling Tye Lane, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blue Mill Lane/Curling Tye Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 1275m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd June 2021 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC333BC006JHGJN0113304 & 6 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Curling Tye Lane, Manor Road, Cut A Thwart Lane, Hop Garden Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burnham Road, Latchingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnham Road, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 360m west of its junction with Green Lane for a distance of approximately 500m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30094299566 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cut A Thwart Lane, Woodham Walter/Maldon in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Manor Road to the junction with London Road a distance of approximately 1760m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd June 2021 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC333BC006JHGJN0113301 & 2 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hop Garden Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Curling Tye Lane for a distance of approximately 195m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd June 2021 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC333BC006JHGJN0113305 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Curling Tye Lane to its junction with Cut A Thwart Lane a distance of approximately 282m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd June 2021 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC333BC006JHGJN0113303 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via CutAThwart Lane, Abbey Turning, London Road, Curling Tye Lane and vice versa.

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 13th May 2021 exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
