NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003, AUCKLAND CASTLE, BISHOP AUCKLAND, COUNTY DURHAM, DL14 7NR
Notice is given on this day that AUCKLAND CASTLE TRUST applied to Durham County Council on 29th May 2014 for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 relating to Auckland Castle, Bishop Auckland, Co. Durham, DL14 7NR. The application seeks to licence throughout the week the supply of alcohol on and off the premises between 10am and midnight and the provision of regulated entertainment between 9am and 12.30am and the provision of late night refreshment between 11.00pm and midnight, indoors and outdoors save that all licensable activities may be provided from the end of the permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.00.
