(Frinton Road, Holland On Sea & Clacton Road, Great Holland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Frinton Road, Holland on Sea and Clacton Road, Great Holland in the District of Tendring, from the junction with Kings Parade to the junction with Little Clacton Road a distance of approximately 2665m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st June 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308761 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Little Clacton Road, Great Holland Common Road, Sladburys Lane, Holland Road, Thorpe Road, Thorpe Road Roundabout, Stephenson Road West, North Road, St Johns Road, Old Road, Wellesley Road, Wellesley Road Roundabout, Carnarvon Road, High Street, Clarendon Park, Frinton Road, Frinton Road Roundabout, Kings Parade and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Golden Lane, Thorpe-le-Soken) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Golden Lane, Thorpe-le-Soken in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 185m north east of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 790m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd June 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30001582362 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Harwich Road, Landermere Road, High Street, Colchester Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gosbecks Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gosbecks Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 200m north west of its junction with Layer Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2021 for 1 day and again on 13th June 2021 for 1 day (2 x Sundays only), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010548691 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Gosbecks Road, Layer Road, Drury Road, Shrub End Road, Cunobelin Way, Cunobelin Way Roundabout, Temple Road, Gosbecks Road Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Road, Copford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Copford in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 125m south of its junction with Allendale Drive for a distance of approximately 75m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd June 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010641268 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via School Road, Copford Green, Birch Road, Boarded Barn Road, Hardys Green, Lower Road, Orpens Hill, Maldon Road, Birch Park, Warren Lane, Western Approach, London Road, Turkey Cock Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th May 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
& Clearway (No.9) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stepping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 13th May 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
