Notice of application for the Variation of a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that Nickolas Leonida has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Arya Lounge, 58 Chingford Mount Road, Chingford, E4 9AA. The application seeks to vary the existing premises licence to permit Sale by Retail of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs - 23:00hrs. Seasonal Variation for the Sale by Retail of Alcohol on Christmas Eve, 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs and New Year's Eve, 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs, To permit Opening Hours on Seasonal Variation days for the sale by Retail of Alcohol on Christmas Eve, 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs and New Year's Eve, 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs. The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Licensing, 3 The Square, Leyton, E10 5NR. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, 3 The Square, Leyton, E10 5NR. Representations must be received no later than 27/5/2021. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
