VICTORIA ROAD N18 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential carriageway re-surfacing works on Victoria Road N18, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose to make the Enfield (Victoria Road N18) (No.3)(Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2021 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order would be to prohibit traffic from entering and proceeding on Victoria Road at its junction with Park Road, as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services

vehicles.
4. The prohibitions would come into operation between the hours of 8am-6pm on 17 May 2021 and would continue in force for 5 days or until works are completed.

5. Whilst the prohibitions are in operation the diversion route vehicular traffic would be:

i) Park Road, Victoria Road/Park Lane, Park Road, A1010 Fore Street, A1010 The Broadway N9, Church Street N9, Victoria Road and vice versa; and
Park Road, Victoria Road/Park Lane, Park Road, A1010 Fore Street, A1010 The Broadway N9, Church Street N9, Victoria Road and vice versa; and
(ii) Victoria Road/Park Lane, Park Road, Park Lane, Sweet Briar Walk, Silver Street N18, Victoria Road, Sterling Way N18, A1010 Fore Street and vice versa.
