Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I, Lorraine O'Connor give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of Cuckoo Valley Limited at The Orchard, Nancekuke, Redruth, Cornwall, TR16 5UJ. The application is to: Sell alcohol to be consumed on and off the premises from 9am-5pm Monday-Sunday from the barn selling local produce. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Cambome, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 24/05/2021. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
