Re: The Estate of the late Joseph Richard Stalker DECEASED PURSUANT to the trustee act 1925 section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Joseph Richard Stalker late of 9 East Croft Terrace, Lowca Whitehaven CA28 6PY who died on 23 May 2020 and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on 4th April 2021 by Michael Thomas Sandelands and Suzanne Louise Roberts two of the executors in the Will (the Executors) are required to send particulars in writing to the Executors or the undersigned solicitors whose address is 38/42 Lowther Street, Whitehaven Cumbria CA28 7JU on or before 30th June 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
