PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Kent Entertainment Ltd has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Lyons Gate Caravan Park Café, Cerne Abbas, Dorchester DT2 7AZ for the provision of alcohol and late night refreshment generally between the hours of 10:00-02:00 Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice which is the 27th May 2021. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
