Halkyn Common Community of Rhosesmor County Borough of Flintshire Mrs S Freeman of The Paddocks, Rhosesmor, Mold CH7 6PF has applied to the Welsh Ministers for consent under Section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Halkyn Common and Holywell Grasslands. The proposed works are laying a water pipe from The Paddocks CH7 6PF 135mtr to the B5123 by The Red Lion Inn. A copy of the application form and map showing the proposed works can be inspected at The Paddocks CH7 6PF until the 2nd Jun 2021, 9-5 wk days. A copy of the application may be obtained by emailing sharonatfairfield@gmail.com Any objections or representations should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to the Planning Inspectorate Wales at Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ or Wales@pins.gsi.gov.uk.
