NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

James Crabtree applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 30/05/2014 for a licence to use the premises at High House Farm, Straight Lane, Addingham Moorside, Ilkley, LS29 9JU for the sale by retail of alcohol (Thurs-Sat,11:00 - 04:00 & Sun,11:00 - 00:00) / provision of regulated entertainment (Thurs-Sat, 11:00 - 03:00 & Sun 11:00 - 00:00) / provision of late night refreshment (Thurs-Sun, 24 hours) / The exhibition of films (Thurs-Sat 11:00 - 06:00 & Sun 11:00 - 00:00) / Premises open to public (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 27th June 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00-16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
