Southern Water Services Ltd is applying to the Isle of Wight Council for planning permission for Construction and operation of two equipment kiosks; installation of secure boundary fencing and an area of hardstanding to form a crane pad at Sandown Surface Water Abstraction; The temporary use of land as a construction compound including formation of a temporary vehicular access onto Golf Links Road at Sandown Water Supply Works Affects A Public Right of Way
